Michael Nolan
Michael is a chartered accountant & has worked in the natural resource industry for 25+ years.
He is the former FD & Founder of Cove Energy plc, which he guided through its £1.2 Billion sale to Thailand’s PTTEP. From 1999 to 2007, he was CEO of mining company Minmet plc. He has cofounded Lapp Plats plc, Fastnet Oil and Gas plc, Rathdowney Resources Ltd and Orogen Gold plc. Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Aiden Lavelle PGeo
Aiden is an experienced exploration manager who was COO of Zinnwald Lithium Plc (formerly known as Erris Resources Plc) from founding, through IPO and RTO with Zinnwald Lithium.
He has extensive gold experience and played a key role in the discovery of the Pandora prospect and a new epithermal gold district in Djibouti.
His international exploration work also includes target generation, project management and resource definition. He has managed a large strategic alliance with Centerra gold in Scandinavia. Aiden holds BSc (Hons) in Geology and MSc in Mining Geology. He is a Member of the Institute of Geologists of Ireland, a P.Geo, EuroGeol and is based in Ireland.
